There are quite a few misconceptions out there about personal injury lawyers. One of them is that attorneys who focus on injury cases are only in it for personal interest, to pad their own pockets. While that could be true for a few, it’s not true for the majority – Doehling Law included.
We work with a tried-and-true set of principles that govern every one of our cases. One of these principles is the responsibility to add value to our client’s case. In the spirit of that principle, we’re relaunching our personal injury blog, which will cover injury law and accident news relevant to Colorado and our clients’ interests.
As injury lawyers with over 60-years-combined experience, we have a lot of insight into how to help accident victims and achieve justice through the court system. Many people have false ideas or opinions about dealing with other parties, company management, and insurance companies after an injury.
Doehling Law believes in straightforward talk and follow-through. So, that’s what we hope this resource will prove to be: straightforward talk that supports accident victims and offers valuable information.
But, why are we reintroducing our injury law blog now? Well, Doehling Law is undergoing a bit of an evolution. Attorney Keller A. Caubarreaux recently took over as managing partner after founding partner, Gary L. Doehling retired from practice, and offering educational resources as an asset for clients is a service he believes is worth investing time and energy in.
A Bit About Keller A. Caubarreaux
Attorney Keller A. Caubarreaux first joined Doehling Law in 2012 and then became a partner in 2017. He actually started his career in family law before becoming an injury lawyer.
Why the change? Because he has a passionate drive to help accident victims navigate the claims process, the legal system, and receive just compensation for injuries.
Accidents and injuries can wreak havoc and be life-changing for many. Loss of work, loss of income, medical expenses, disabilities, disruption to family life and normal activities. Keller focuses on seeking valuable settlements for his clients, but when the cases must proceed to trial, he is depply skilled at advocating on their behalf.
He has been a Colorado resident since the beginning of his career and is active in the community with local non-profits, the Mesa County Bar, for which he serves as president, and he also teaches law at Colorado Mesa University.
