After defending insurance companies in personal injury litigation for 25 years, Attorney Gary Doehling formed the Gary Doehling Personal Injury Law Firm, P.C. to help injury victims prosecute claims against insurance companies. Gary Doehling grew up in Los Alamos, New Mexico. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Arizona State University College of Business in 1979, and received his Juris Doctor from Arizona State University College of Law in 1982. He moved to Grand Junction, Colorado after graduating from law school and he has been a trial attorney in Western Colorado and Eastern Utah ever since.
Over the last 25 years, Mr. Doehling has represented numerous insurance carriers including Allstate Insurance, American International Insurance Group, American Family Insurance, American States Insurance, Colorado Farm Bureau Mutual Insurance Company, Commercial Union Insurance Company, Farmers Insurance Group, Hartford Insurance Group, National Farmers Union Insurance Company, Trinity Universal Insurance Company, USAA, and USF&G. Mr. Doehling is now putting this experience to work for the residents of Western Colorado and Eastern Utah.
Mr. Doehling has assembled a team of experienced personal injury and insurance claims professionals to provide our clients with the highest level of service. The firm's claims manager, Scott Krug, is a Chartered Property & Casualty Underwriter. For the last 12 years, Mr. Krug has been supervising Western Colorado insurance claims for an insurance company. He has now joined Mr. Doehling in switching sides. "Instead of defending insurance companies, we are helping individuals prosecute insurance claims." Mr. Krug’s experience working inside the insurance industry is a valuable and unique asset that is now available to you. A former insurance attorney and an experienced insurance claims manager are valuable representatives when asserting claims against an insurance company.
Victims of accidents need professional and competent assistance. Lives have been turned upside down. Gary and his team have the knowledge to help you through this stressful and challenging time. At Doehling Law, our client's interests come first. We thoroughly explore all available insurance and avenues of recovery in order to maximize recovery for accident victims.
